After finalizing your mock-up approval your order will be submitted for print production. Turnaround time for print production + shipment are estimated within 5-7 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
if you fail to approve for your mock-up your order will be paused and delayed in processing your print production.

We securely process major credit and debit cards via Paypal which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments with Apple Pay, Venmo and Google Pay.
Upon the completion of your order customization begins within 24-48 hours. After the completion of your customization a mock-up will be emailed to via the email we have on file. Once you receive your mock-up via email the reviewal and approval process begins by incorporating your feedback for finalization. Communications will be made through email to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Any additional work beyond the final files will incur an additional charge.
